Everyday, we have inquiries from prospective patients and patients planning a visit to Oceans Medical.  Whether you are driving to our office for the first time or require additional logistics to visit our office, our Patient Services Coordination team is ready to support before, during and after your Oceans Medical appointment.  Below are a few topics most frequently discussed with our patients.

WHAT TO EXPECT

You will speak with a Patient Services Coordinator who will guide you through the appointment process. Be prepared to discuss the following:

 

  • Your medical history. If you have a copy of your medical records in English, we will let you know how to send them to us.

  • Expected fees and a discussion on preferred method of payment.

  • Members of caregiver team that will accompany the patient.

Travel to St. Kitts and nevis
